It seems that the public is interested in family law topics and the media is interested in discussing them. In the past month, Fred has appeared on two programs talking about family law issues. Allison Hope Weiner, the host of Media Mayhem invited Fred to join her for a discussion about various high profile situations including Sherri Shepherd’s surrogacy dispute, as well as Madonna’s, Bill O’Reilly’s and other celebrities’ custody battles. Fred then appeared on the NBC program The Doctors talking with the hosts about a surrogacy case gone awry.
